The work is not to improve, but to remember who we are.

About me

For almost two decades, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals and groups find clarity, uncover meaning, and reconnect with what truly matters. My path began with a deep interest in psychology and the workings of the human mind—a focus that has shaped my years of experience as both a coach and facilitator. I’m a trained Psychologist and have a Bachelor's in Art and Design. Both titles influence my approach: blending reflection, creativity, and a sensitivity to my work.

Over the years, I’ve seen that real change doesn’t come from striving to be better. It comes from listening inwardly, seeking harmony between the inner and outer worlds, and allowing what is essential to unfold. Inspired by a Jungian perspective, I believe the most important questions aren’t about fixing ourselves—they are about becoming more whole.

When we work together, you’ll find a process that honours the shift within you—the quiet movement from performance and self-improvement toward deeper presence and integration. Whether you’re navigating a transition, longing for a more authentic connection with yourself, or sensing that something in you is ready to change, I’m here to support.

I’d love to hear from you.
