The Quiet Shift

The Quiet Shift is an online exploration of inner transformation and conscious presence. In a world that prizes performance and constant doing, this event invites you to pause, turn inward, and listen. Over four weeks, we’ll gather every Thursday evening (19.00–21.00 CET) to explore the shift from performance-driven living to deeper self-connection, guided by a Jungian approach to symbols, archetypes, and individuation. Through group discussions and reflective practices, we’ll reconnect with the quieter, often unheard parts of ourselves — allowing something essential to emerge: a return to presence, integration, and wholeness.
