The Quiet Shift
An online exploration of inner transformation and conscious presence.
In a world that rewards performance and constant striving, many of us find ourselves stuck in doing — with little time to truly connect inward. But what happens when we pause, turn our attention inside, and begin to listen?
The Quiet Shift is an event that invites you to explore the transition from performance-driven living to reconnecting with a deeper sense of self.
Over the course of a month, we will meet every Thursday for two hours (19.00-21.00 CET). We’ll reflect on the meaning and effects of the quiet shift, guided by a Jungian perspective on self-discovery through symbols and archetypes.
We’ll explore the subtle yet powerful effects of reconnecting with the unconscious and embracing the quieter parts of ourselves that often go unheard. As we move away from performance, we allow something more essential to emerge — a return to inner presence, integration, and wholeness.
What to expect
Group discussions where we’ll explore themes of performance, identity, and self-connection
A focus on the Jungian concept of individuation, and discovery through symbols and archetypes that speak from the depths of the unconscious
Insights into how the quiet shift can bring us closer to wholeness and meaningful contact with ourselves
A safe and creative environment to reflect, share, and support each other
